Return Window

You have a 30-day return window from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

Upon acceptance of your return request, we'll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately to address the issue.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Feel free to reach out if you have questions about a specific item.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

For a faster resolution, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be in the same condition as when received, including tags and original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds Process

We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return, informing you of the refund approval. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 2 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
